Since 1907, we are a leader of excellence, offering flashing fabrication, backsplashes, corner guards, sill pans, thresholds, countertops with or without welded-in sinks, custom sink fabrication, custom hoods, fire place surrounds, custom built barbecues, planter boxes, railings, stairs, awnings, chimney caps, along with vast marine work including fire dampers, custom HVAC, welding, tanks and any custom component imaginable. Sheared to size materials are also available.


We work with galvanized, hot/colled rolled steel, aluminum, prepainted steel, stainless steel, copper, zinc, A606 (aka Cor-Ten), brass, and tread (diamond) plate. Also available are shop & field welding services by certified welders. We carry a large array of materials for your needs, along with various thicknesses/ materials for corner guards. Shearing capabilities: Min 24 gauge X 12 ft; Max 3/8" steel sheet X 10ft.

I came to Ballard Sheet Metal Works with a very old, very dinged up arcade game part, which they were able to meticulously recreate to exact size, gauge, fit, and finish. They really came through for me.
